We provide the following courses in your business to ensure that your staff meet the mandatory training requirements to work in licensed and gambling establishments.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
This course teaches your staff the skills and knowledge required to serve alcohol in a responsible manner. It is endorsed by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and the NSW Liquor Administration Board.
We have recently completed training for 100 staff at Rooty Hill RSL club in Sydney's west where we provided an on site service.
Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Your staff will learn how to minimise harm from gambling, using discretion, judgement and teamwork. Focus is placed on developing a positive attitude to the responsible conduct of gambling in the hospitality industry. This course meets the requirements of the NSW Gaming Machines Regulations 2002.
We offer these courses as open public courses at regular times throughout the year at our colleges or as customised programs for you staff on your site or ours.
